I purchased the start up package and I am a very satisfied customer!! I turned in my policy and procedures and was Licensed the same day, I had no issues at all!! Richaunda just help complete my Medicaid enrollment she was very professional and it was completed less than a hour(definitely something I could not have done alone). I highly recommend

I took the Homecare Provider Training and the staff at Affinity were very pleasant and detailed about every inch of the material. Answer all questions all participants asked. I will recommend this facility for a variety of needs. Do not hesitate you are in good hands.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a virtual training session led by Richaunda for home health care provider certification, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, she delivered the content in such a clear, engaging, and professional manner, making what could have been a complex subject easy to understand.
