Local and has tons of experience, bonded and insured as well. Gregory arrived within 10 minutes and assessed my smart lock, had all the tools to do what was needed, and was able to quickly drill the lock. He told me up front what would be needed and walked me through every step of the process. He even fixed the lock so that it wouldn’t meet resistance while closing (and therefore wear down the battery) so I hopefully won’t need a locksmith again! Service like that is a lost art!
Greg did an excellent job helping me get back into my house/garage quickly and safely. He was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. He explained everything clearly and handled the situation without causing. Really appreciate his help during a stressful situation. Highly recommend Greg for locksmith services!
