Late Sunday afternoon, we noticed water on the floor around our water heater. It was streaming down the sides of the tank. We had a leak! We found Thomas Plumbing through an internet search and saw that they offered 24-hour service. We called around 4:20 in the afternoon and their technician, Tanner Jackson responded within 3 minutes. He arrived at our home in Pinehurst by 5:30pm and had a new water heater installed by 7:30pm. Mr. Jackson was clean, efficient, personable, and professional. We have some home improvement projects on the horizon and will call on Thomas Plumbing to help.
