Eva makes buying a house easy. She took time to really explain all the steps. She understands my needs. I really appreciated her responsiveness and attention to detail. Eva made sure all the right inspections were completed and held the seller accountable. I would recommend her to anyone.

Eva is absolutely awesome. She went above and beyond to help sell my home. She even sold my boat! Any question I had she was on it. I was able to contact her at any time and she was always there for me.

Eva is beyond amazing! She’s exactly what you look for in someone to not only sell your home, but to work with along the way. She went above and beyond to sell our home. From having fun themed open houses, to taking out the trash for us - she did it all! We moved out of state during our home sale, so she had to take care of everything for us. She’s fantastic at communicating with you in a timely fashion. Eva answered any questions we had, and was so patient during a month closing delay due to the hurricane that came thru Fayetteville and FEMA put a hold on closings. She fought for our home to close since our area was not affected and we sincerely appreciate her passion...read full review
