I have had Comfort Heating take care of my unit for years. The servicemen are ALWAYS AWESOME. They call ahead when they are enroute, they stay on task and they are professional the whole time. It is worth the money.

Same day service was available, earlier than anticipated with a cancellation. I believe I’ve used this company years ago as well and had a good experience, but just today it went great again. Mike was my technician and answered all of my questions, I did not feel rushed. He shared his experience and advice, educating me so I could make informed decisions about my ac units. Pleasant to work with even when I called the office and spoke with someone on the phones, and so appreciative of response time.

Awesome response and service. As the Elected Sheriff of Hoke County good customer service and detail is important to me and the many citizens who require service. I am a lifetime resident of Hoke County and to see and have a company with this kind of professionalism is very humbling.
