One of the best dojos in the state! The instructors are very nice but can be strict when needed. As myself a student the workouts are tiring after three classes a day but very helpful.

I am now 16, and I went here when I was 10. Back when they still had the building near the Marco's Pizza Restaurant. The instructors always made me feel at home, and they always put my concerns first. They taught me respect and I am heartbroken that I had to leave. They were immensely fun, educational, and taught me self-defense. I have defended someone with the skills I learned here, thank you so much Mr. Mike for providing me with a life full of knowledge, I hope to one day return here. This place has been an absolute blessing for my children . We have been coming since August 2023 and every week has been better and better . Their teachers patience is just amazing . Not only are they learning martial arts but discipline, friendships, patience and more . I have seen my 4 and 6 year old grow tremendously , it’s like a family there - I’ve made friends as well - my 2 year old has been watching and learning and ready to begin the second he can ! Beyond worth it !
