The air conditioning for the upstairs section of the main house stopped cooling in the middle of the night. We put a call in to the Norris answering service at 7:00 a.m. and there was a technician at the house a little after 8:00 a.m. Tech quickly diagnosed and corrected this issue within 45 minutes. The tech was very personable and engaging. The upstairs is pleasantly cool again. Thanks to Norris Mechanical for the quick response and efficient work to correct the problem. I highly recommend Norris Mechanical! We will have them back to provide us with a quote for adding heat and air to a large barn expansion we have planned for this winter.

Late July day. By noon it was clear AC was not working. We have Norris as our HVAC provider (they do spring and fall start ups). My husband called and the woman answering the phone did a quick check about the situation and said the tech would call before he came that very day. A tech was out before the end of the day, diagnosed the problem (dead fan motor) AND had a part on the truck to get it running again. We are so grateful and impressed. It pays to be an existing customer in these situations, but from the reviews it seems that is just the way they roll. Great service. Great company.

We have had so many AC issues at our OBX rental these last two years. Norris Mechanical is always there with timely, expert techs. They really saved us this summer. Very satisfied with these folks. Stephanie is always so pleasant and efficient, too.
