The heat at our home went out on Dec 5th, after we had just had a maintenance and service appointment in the fall, through our warranty co (Sears/CINCH Services). In one of those appts it was RECOMMENDED that we have a company out that could fix an electrical issue with our Goodman Furnace. I am overjoyed that for the first time in years, we have a fully functional system upstairs!
