“THESE PICS DONT DO MY BROWS JUSTICE!!! I have had my brows microbladed in Charlotte before 4 years ago and it was nothing like this. Erica was so awesome!!! First off she was so welcoming and comforting. She educated me on everything even though I knew most of the stuff I learned way more from her that was never covered my first time! The education, time, effort, persicion spent on getting my eye brows perfect was very fast and she nailed it right away. I am so glad I chose to go with her. I have a super hectic schedule and she accommodated me right away. She made me feel at home. It was clean! The place is super cute! She’s very good at her job. I also ended up getting my teeth whitened which was so awesome. I already had pretty white teeth but the 3 - 20 minute lightening sessions brought my teeth up 5 more shades closer to perfect! I was 2 colors away from perfect flawless white teeth!!! How awesome is that!!!!! My eye brows look fantastic!!! I can’t wait to come back in 6 weeks for the touch up!! She’s gonna add more definition and touch up anything that needs it. Right now they are perfect as is but it is always recommended to come back for the touch up. So trust and believe I will be there!!!! I am so in love with the vibe she gives off and not only did she do such a good job but I feel like I made a new lifelong friend today. She has a wonderful personality and it’s very hard to find people who are just overall so awesome. Her customer service skills are great. Her sales are great. Her skills at eye brows and lashes are great! I mean I am so truly impressed. I am a huge critic and very picky!!! And she really impressed me big time!!! 10 out of 10 stars for this place!!!!
