The mom makes AMAZING coffee from their country, the oldest son is lead nail tech and he keeps everyone happy! The younger brother is a Phenomenal Host! He treats everyone as if they've come into his own house!
If your ever Not Happy, even if you're there for brows(which I'm Very Meticulous about my brows, and big brother is ON POINT)
But if you're there, they're gonna Feed you, Groom you and have Funny TV on! I love this business. And they offer those punch cards, no haggling, no gossiping etc, no inflation!! They're Top Tier. Okay, I'm clearly a Fan. :-)

“I had my consultation with Shayonna at Milan Laser Hair Removal, and she is truly one of the most personable people I’ve met in years. From the moment I walked in, she immediately made me feel comfortable. She offered me some water before she toured me through their facility, which was spotless. Her warm, down-to-earth personality feels like a hug in itself. She’s not only kind and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained the process, preparation, and aftercare for laser hair removal, walked me through all the options available, and patiently answered every single one of my (many!) questions. Shayonna strikes the perfect balance of professionalism and fun, and I genuinely look forward to coming back next week for my first treatment. Milan should be proud to have such a wonderful employee on their staff.

I would also like to note that the other staff member up at the front desk as I was leaving was also incredibly sweet as well. I didn’t catch her name because we were too busy yapping as I was running out the door.

All of this to say that I am extremely impressed by my experience today and I love to meet people in a setting like this that aren’t just corporate robots. (It never once felt like a sales pitch, or just going through the motions) Both of these ladies are killing it. I would give more than five stores if I could.“
