Matt was very professional and responsive. He was easy to work with. We needed a european hornet nest removed. Although it took a few tries, he continued to communicate with us to give the updates. I would highly recommend Matt and Terminix company for any pest control needs.
Our guy is wonderful. He knows I don't do mornings, so he just does our house last on his list for the day. He talks to us and he is so friendly. He takes care of all of our problems and we live in the woods.
We recently utilized the Pittsboro Terminix location to rid our property of a host of invasive insects and have been tremendously impressed by the unparalleled customer service. Personable associates, both in the office and especially the field. Great service and value!!!!!!!
