There was an employee there name Faith who was very helpful with finding us tape with a strong hold . She recommended a product that seems to be even better than what we were looking for. She knew exactly where to guide us and was super nice!

I’m from Florida and while visiting friends stopped into Hardware General to get a drink and saw their beautiful outdoor section and ending getting some cool things my wife really likes! Highly recommend!

Very clean and organized.Aisles spaced out. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide variety of items- things you wouldn't expect to find in a hardware store. I thought I would spend 15 minutes in the store but browsed over an hour. Shortly after my expected 15 minutes... I needed a cart. Employee recognized my need and brought a cart to me with a smile!!!
