Very good service. Ordered and installed in one day. Adam was amazing! Very friendly and courteous. Worked diligently to clear all codes and ensure there were no issues with the battery or installation. Adam definitely went over and beyond. Highly recommend.
So, this was a big deal. We love that stupid Prius and there are so many new EV choices to temp us to move on when the big scary warning lights come on. The local, non-dealer, shop estimated $4000 for the repair with a 1 year warranty...more than we have spent on the lifetime of the car.
A little research brought us to Green Bean.
Literally 1/3 the cost, lifetime warranty for the battery....Next day delivery! The sales person was incredible at answering all my questions and setting up the appointment. The installer was right on time, knew what he was doing, took perfect care of our baby

Quick and easy process for less than half of what the dealership quoted me. Kenny came out to replace the battery and finished quicker than I ever could've expected and was nice and professional.
