Eric Michaels is an awesome hairstylist! I moved to this area in 2022 and after trying two other places that were very disappointing I booked an appointment with Eric. When I arrived we talked about what I wanted done. He was not only a very good listener but very pleasant to talk with. He made me feel comfortable with ease and assured me he'd fix what I referred to as "this mess." While he highlighted my hair we stuck up a lively banter with others in the salon. It was a very cozy charming place and I felt welcomed. After giving me the best shampoo I ever got he got to cutting. We agreed on the length first and as soon as he started blowing it dry I knew the highlights were perfect and the cut was awesome!! I knew I'd found the right place and the right hairstylist. I walked in feeling like my hair was a mop of dried out straw and I walked out feeling like a million bucks! When I got home instead of my husband's usual it looks nice babe -- he said "WOW!!"

Eric is amazing! I walked in, showed him a picture that was drastically different than what we'd done previously, and walked out with and excellent cut color. I can't believe we have such a high quality salon here in Pittsboro. I only wish I'd found him years ago.

After moving to Pittsboro and having to leave my stylist of many years I tried two different salons, and both told me they couldn’t give me the color I had always had. Enter Eric who did! He took the time to talk to me about my previous color, what I had experienced, and what I wanted. He looked at my pictures and we went through some different color options. My color was just what I wanted - so great that I had to hold myself back from visiting the other spots to say, “See?!” Top it off with a beautiful space right downtown - I couldn’t be happier! I won’t go anywhere else.
