First nails is a very professional nicely appointed nail salon, Ann is very gracious and skilled. Not only do I go there for myself but I take my elderly mom there because it's important that I have a place that will be careful and gentle with herServices: Pedicure

Love this spot. I have had my nails done at many different places but if I am not in WV, this is the place to go. The people there are so nice and they all treat their customers with the utmost respect. If you don't have an appointment they will try their best to fit you in. Pittsboro has the Best nail salon at 1st Nail & Spa. Call or just walk in and you will be pleased. Friendly people and good atmosphere.Debra SServices: Nail repair
