I highly recommend Adams Residential Inspections. Chris Adams inspected a property that we are looking to buy and are now under contract to purchase. But we haven't closed the deal yet, mostly because the inspection found things that we wouldn't have known about and that are pretty big deals. Chris was nice enough to allow us to call him on his time and talk personally about the issues and help us understand his evaluation and prioritize the importance for the things we were most worried about. Chris was fantastic! He was incredibly thorough during the inspection and walked us through all of his findings. Very responsive and easy to communicate with, and he had everything done in a timely manner. The report was clear and helpful, and the pricing was very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection!
