Our home’s previous owners paid a different, substandard contractor $10k for crawlspace repairs. That contractor can no longer be found despite their 10 year warranty promise, and their negligence cost me even more in the long run. Thank God I found Dewayne, Mikey, and Matt with Impact. They were fast, professional, and fair. The finished work came in below the original quote after they discovered the water intrusion damage that was previously ignored didn’t spread as far as we all assumed. You won’t find many contractors who will work like that any more. Crawlspace work is never cheap and rarely returns a visible improvement, but it has to be done....read full review
