Tony was amazing! He was able to clean my wool rug that noone wanted to touch!! A+ service from this place. Hard to find a company you don't have to beg to take your business. Very fair priced. Removed a wine stain too as a plus!

Fantastic service in the store and on the phone. And the quality of the job they did on several of our rugs made me come back and purchase their rug pads, too. These pads are much thicker than traditional pads and our rugs now feel so very luxurious under our feet with them!!
