I visited this salon 3 times when I was in the Charlotte area to get my hair straightened. I absolutely loved the results each time. This salon truly cares about the health of natural hair and demonstrates that in their services. The entire process is focused on making sure your hair is well hydrated and detangled (they finger detangle!) before applying any heat, which allows them to only have to pass once over your hair with the flat iron. Tracey and the Staff at TAG Salon Charlotte are awesome! These ladies are knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Tracey breathed new life into my hair and I am truly grateful! TAG Concept Salon will not disappoint.

The staff is so friendly. I felt like I was family. They did an amazing job with my hair. They truly care about the natural hair, and their shampoo massages will put you to sleep. I am so glad I found them. A wonderful staff and they work really well together.
