This review is for YVETTE upstairs in the childrens department and DEBBIE down stairs in the mens cash register area. They were 2 very delightful women. Very, very nice and curteous. I love to visit my favorite store and meeting such great workers that make my shopping experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I will be back to this store for more clothes and shoes. I love JC penney its been my favorite store for the last 40+ years... KUDOS to these hard working women!
Ordered an item online and decided to go into the store since it has been a long time since we have been in one. The store was fine but I'll have to say that the instruction and signage to pick up an item ordered online are exceptionally poor. A single signed directing is to the "portrait" area. Fine but I have no idea where that is either. Again no signs as to where it might be. Eventually found the portrait sign but the desk for pickup was only "near" that, not at it. Then I noticed a sign near the desk that had an arrow directing is to another location.
I visited JC Penny in Winston-Salem N.C three weeks ago and the customer service was excellent, prompt and excellent, continue the superb services , staff of JC Penny in the great city of Winston-Salem.
