“I've been using The Cleaning Authority - South Charlotte for one year now and have been very pleased with our cleanings. I wanted to give a shout out to Marta and Elva who came by today and did a fantastic job. They (when cleaning under the couch seat cushions) found an earring that had been missing for awhile. This company works on a rotation system and this wasn't even the rotation week that includes that in-depth service on the couch. But they must have checked and saw it needed vacuuming anyway. Much appreciated ladies! Great job and always the nicest and best are sent out by the company.“
