I met my mother there with my sister for an early Mother's day last Friday. When I arrived my mother and sister were already eating their food, so I went ahead and sat down. After a few minutes, I was greeted, the waitress took my drink order. It was quite dizzy that day. The entire outside patio was packed, so I had sympathy for the waitress. However, she did take quite a bit of time to get my order. Even though my sister and mother were already eating. Following that, I could Tell that she had forgotten to put my order in because it took about twenty minutes to come. She didn't describe it very well. Amazing service!! I have visited this location (in Pineville) twice and both were truly amazing. I wish I could recall the name of the young man that helped me a year ago, because his great service was the reason I returned to this store (even though it is not the closest to my home.) On my recent visit, I worked with Krystal. She was knowledgeable and professional, as well as reassuring when I was very frazzled about my laptop. She took the time to train me on my laptop as well as offer other solutions. Thank you!!!
