Five stars! I came here to see if I could get my nose piercing re-opened and my lip labret as well, and Katy was the best! I was able to get them both done without a full re-piercing. Frankie did both of my eyebrow piercings and my septum, and she is awesome! Will always come back here for my piercings!! 🩷

My daughter was nervous about getting her ears pierced but the staff was so patient and understanding. They were creative and compassionate and didn’t make us feel rushed when it took a bit of convincing to do the second ear. I highly recommend Black Cloud!
I had a good experience today with Joy. She made sure I was comfortable and we double checked the placement to make sure it was to my liking. I was a walk in so the only thing wrong was the long wait but she apologized for it and compensated for it. I will definitely come back to her to replace my earrings in a few months but probably no more piercings lol. This double helix was my last one ! Definitely recommend joy just book an appointment first.
