Dr. Shah and staff are very kind and thorough! Within about a hour my intake eye exam/dryness testing, testing results, personalized eye appointment with Dr. Shah (additional eye exams, all test results presented and explained, and treatment plan/strategy - thoroughly explained), and appointment checkout…was complete. I was very impressed and felt the most knowledgeable regarding what was specifically causing my dry eye condition with a remedy to treat it. Thanks again, Dr. Shah and staff!
Great staff…. Dr runs on time …. Immaculate facility…. That being said, the dr is by far the best eye specialist that I have seen. I have seen MANY here in Charlotte. She is thorough and comprehensive.
