The Spa At Pinehurst

The spa treatment I received was great and the cost was reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They keep it very clean and the snacks, drinks and smoothies were a very nice touch. The only complaint was that there wasn’t a relaxation room. The areas are bright and noisy and no spa music.

This was truly an exquisite spa experience. I loved that the facility and the staff were so polite and helpful. Flora did my massage and it was delightful. The complimentary snacks and smoothies were delicious. Truly a great place to go if you want to be pampered and receive VIP treatment.

Massage was awesome but some errors in the booking process. We booked 4 golfers massages. She told us she had us all booked for a 3pm golfers massage, which was repeated multiple times. When they sent confirmation, one of ours was actually at 4pm and one was also not a golfers massage. We could not change either once we got that confirmation. Neither was a major deal but the lack of straight forward communication was dissapointing. But again place was awesome and I would still likely return.
