Absolutely amazing day spa experience! My girlfriends and I got the seasonal massages and all had nothing but great things to say. We spent about 7 hours enjoying the pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and gym, and the peach smoothies were such a nice (and refreshing!) touch. I also appreciated how clean everything was, how kind the staff was, and how they seemed to have thought of everything we could have needed. Already ready to plan my next trip here!
My pedicurst did an amazing job, very relaxing and took her time. I didn't leave 5 Stars because I felt for the price the experience should have been more elevated, like free Champagne. I was disappointed to find out the Mimosas weren't free, I've been to other spas that were cheaper and offered free Mimosas with Champagne not Pressco. I maybe sounding like a snob, but this resort caters to people from around the World who travel to big Cities and European Countries. Also, the Attendants that greeted us and toured the facility were less than excited about the job. My wife recently visited the spa at Pinehurst Resort, and she said it was, without question, one of the best experiences she has ever had.
From the moment she arrived, everything was first-class, calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed to help you relax the instant you walk through the door. The atmosphere alone sets the tone for something special.
She couldn’t stop talking about the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Every detail was handled with care, and it was clear that the team is committed to delivering an exceptional experience.
