I took my dad there a couple weeks ago and was very impressed with Dr. Tellez and Dr. Chin. Dr. Tellez has ordered several test for my dad and Dr. Chin is having him do a sleep study. Very impressed so far with both doctors.
I like Dr. Chin. The front staff at Pinehurst Office is not good. I would much rather drive to the Sandford Office. The receptionist there was more interested and informative. my medication was refused as not appropriate a month ago, then approved . But today after waiting over an hour. They couldn't find my CPAP machine. The lady upfront who I handed it to acted confused and had a sticker with someone else's name on it. I said that's my bag and they took it to some lady who said she could check the serial number. Really! They kept sending my DME prescription to the wrong place several times, I stopped getting it my prescription from them. The non-concerned face of the… read full review
