They're okay..my main issue with this place is that I have to drive 40 minutes to pinehurst to pick up my prescription with this being said they should already know to have my medicaid authorized for my medication to be ready for pick up,there has been numerous occasions where ive had to drive all the way to pinehurst from rockingham only to be told that my prescription needs an authorization from the provider before my medicaid can cover the cost ..ive mentioned this to the staff members before so I assumed they already knew to have my prescription authorized for pick up as they fill them ,I went to the pharmacy again today I was dealing with the same issue now I have no medicine and I have to wait till tomorrow to call them back then have to make another 1hr round trip to get my meds:( this seems to be an ongoing issue not sure why
