Nurse was ready and waiting. Appointment started in time and everything went like clockwork. Dr K was able to achieve clean margins on the first try. Wound care was explained in detail, snacks and coffee were offered. Very clean facility. Great experience.
The check-in process was quick and easy, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was seen in a timely manner. Elena Avila has always been professional, helpful, and respectful.
