My toddler was seen at this clinic by PA Allison Little and we were extremely pleased with the care provided! She was very thorough and took the time to actually sit down and explain what might be going on, along with the potential treatment options. The radiology tech and ladies at the front desk were also great!
I have been to this clinic three separate times and each time was quick with good quality care. The front desk staff is helpful and the nursing staff and providers are very pleasant. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.
There was a medical assistant that was extremely unprofessional and rude to a patient who was being rude. She needs to go through some sort of professional development/resilience class instead of making a fool of herself in front of everyone in the waiting room witnessing her yelling.Would of been one or two stars but the PA that I was seen by was phenomenal, professional, and kind.
