This is a bit long, but we just passed our one-year anniversary living in our new SD Jessup custom home and have a lot to share. Briefly, the whole experience during the design-build process and enjoying the quality and performance of the home has far exceeded any expectations we had.
Some key take aways:
First, you are not going to find a home builder more passionate about high performance homes than Shawn and his team. They strive to make every home they build better than the last by incorporating learnings from prior builds and staying on top of the latest innovations in building science and energy efficiency. Would definitely recommend. We hired them to come on to an existing job site for an evaluation.They say attention to detail is a lost art, but not with these guys!! Thanks Shawn and Bryan for all your assistance!
They helped me design my dream home and made sure my ideas would actually work and be to code. They were very easy to work with and responsive. I only wish they built in my area so I could have used them for that also.Service: Custom home design
