I've been coming here for over a year for nails and pedicures and I've always been pleased. I like how my nails are done there. They always ask me if I like the color I chose before they apply it to every nail. I like watching the movies when I'm there. I don't need an appointment. There's never been a wait time for me. I could sit in their massage chairs all day if they would let me!The staff have always treated me with respect. I love having a nail salon in Pilot Mountain.Services: Nail art

They did an excellent job I had no appointment and they took me in last min very patient and my nails look great . They even stayed after their closing time and got the job done right .. will definitely be back

My Dad has gone to QT Nails over the past year multiple times and it has been excellent each visit. The message chairs are awesome and the environment is calm and peaceful. The owners are very professional and rates are $25 for pedicure. You will feel so much better after you experience the individual care given at QT Nails
