I had been having issues with my hvac mini split unit. Apparently if one issue occurs it will cause other issues as well. The employees at Pilot worked to diagnose the problems. Had to order a couple new parts and work around a very busy schedule. But yesterday the unit was repaired and works properly. Thanks for the hard work.

We had our old heating/air system replaced. The entire experience was great from start to finish. We had a situation where we needed it to be completed within 3 days. Pilot Air came in and made it happen without any issues. Great group to work with, highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service for my new heat pump. Everyone from the service engineer ,salesperson John and install team. They were very informative , and left my home very neat and clean after the install.
