All personal met patients with smiles, eager to make visits pleasant. Patients love being able to go to the doctor so close to home, as nobody wants to drive all the way to Winston for everything. The whole team is wonderful, and the office staff greet patients, take information, and provide routine care. The FNP sat and actually talked to patients, listened to concerns, and formulated a plan. Patients are thankful for the excellent care provided for families through the years and highly recommend this practice.

As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed, the office staff greeted me took all my information and I waited about 10 minutes then the nurse came and did the routine care and interview session. I apologize I can't remember her name but she was gery friendly and professional. Crystal Arrington the FNP came in and sat and actually talked to me and listened to my concerns and formulated a plan to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Highly recommend this practice.
