Got here before the office opened due to dropping my child off at school. The vibe was peak from the start. Every employee that walked past my jeep smiled, nodded, or acknowledged me in some way. Then I had the pleasure of being checked in by Janice (who has the cutest purple sneakers). She was a Divinci in the art of customer care. She seemed genuinely interested on starting both our days on the right foot! Once I got checked in I got a cute little thank you card and chap stick as a new client. I am so pleased with this clinic. They really considered my condition and realized that I had to be seen right away. There was no hesitation and I was booked for the next available appointment that same day. The environment was so welcoming and refreshing. Everything in that clinic looked color coordinated and cleaned. All staff were very professional. Both receptionists were so kind and helpful. Jennifer was amazing in all that she did and Thomas Roth, DDS was so knowledgeable in what he knew.
