First phone was very friendly and put me at ease. They came out the next afternoon, I had called late in the day. The men who showed up were very friendly and knowledgeable about what could be the problem. Gave me immediate quotes for the various issues that could be going on. The next day they were there first thing in the morning and fixed it. Thankfully it was not as bad as I feared. They did let me know that I would have to replace the tank in less than a year which I appreciated so I could start saving money. As an older woman I felt very comfotable working with them as they are fun and have a sense of humor which I like. I HIGHLY recommend them.
