Ace who does the blood draws there is absolutely amazing! A M A Z I N G! I have never had my blood taken where it didn't require multiple pokes and or the use of an ultra sound not to mention going through all the available nurses. She was able to draw the blood with no problems, I didn't even fill l feel it at all!! Amazing what a gift she has!!
Every time I have been to this urgent care I have been treated extremely well I have seen Dr Gloria and Dr Felix they both make you feel like you’re the most important patient. They always do whatever it takes to give you their undivided attention so as not to miss anything important while treating you. I like being treated like I am family it gives a sense of peace I know I’m going to get the best help at Pembroke Urgent Care thanks to the kind office staff and the doctors this is my go to place when I can’t get seen by my regular medical doctor guys keep up the excellent job you are doing because these days there’s not many out there with such good bedside service...read full review

I received exceptional care during my visit. Mrs. Gloria was absolutely amazing, she actively listened, showed genuine concern, and treated me based on my individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. As a nurse myself, it truly means a lot to experience such top-tier, patient-centered care. The nursing staff was also wonderful, supportive, and attentive throughout my visit. I would rate my experience a 10/10 and highly recommend this team. Thank you for providing compassionate, high-quality care.
