If I could give zero stars I would. I have never encountered such an unprofessional/rude doctors office in my life. From the front desk people, to the nurses, to the doctors. They have an I don’t care attitude when it comes to your health. The only good thing about this doctors office is the pharmacy.

The absolute worst healthcare I have ever received is in Robeson/Cumberland counties. I moved out of state and needed refills on my medicine until I can establish a primary care doctor where I live now. They told me they can’t authorize refills without a visit and I’m over 1000 miles away. I’ve been on this medication for years and I’m only 29. Mind you I was just there in August before I moved in October. There should be no need for me to have an office visit every 3 months just for medication. All I got is a sorry and go to the ER there for refills. They only care about getting money from insurance and not the patient. It’s sad that this is the care every... read full review

Poor service. Brandi Long is never in office. They don’t call when you need to come in for an appointment to get refills or when they do schedule appointments, you’ll be turned around when you walk in because the doctor is never there. Just a poor facility all around
