I have used Steele Mechanical twice for HVAC problems. In both cases, they responded quickly, they repaired the problem quickly and well, and their prices were attractive. I highly recommend.
Called Steele Mechanical today to have them come look at our A/C that they replaced last November because it wasn’t staying on. They came same day and were so helpful in getting our unit back up and running. Their customer service is excellent and would highly recommend them!
My family has been without A/C for a few days due to the unit going out. Found this company online, Called, and someone was at the house within a couple hours. The service provided and whole experience was great, even down to the initial call, lady who took the call to dispatch service was very nice while speaking to!! Joey was the technician and he was awesome! He was very professional, polite and honest! He came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and He was done within 1 hour of him arriving! Pricing was fair and reasonable!!! If any other problems arise with our unit(praying that it doesn’t though) Will definitely give this company a call!! Highly recommend this... read full review
