So this is our first time getting routine maintenance on our AC unit with certified. Joshua came out and was absolutely a pleasure to work with as well as a wealth of knowledge and wisdom on all things HVAC. We will continue using them as our unit repair company. Thank you again Certified!

This was our first experience with a routine maintenance visit and everything was great. They were able to get us on the schedule right away and explained everything over the phone perfectly.
