All the staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. The office was clean and very pleasing to look at. Check in was short and easy and I did not even get to sit down before my name was being called to come back. Probably the best experience at a doctor's office I have ever had in my life. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends.
I went to the urgent care on a Friday afternoon. The intake process was quick and easy. I didn't wait very long (maybe 15 minutes). Once in the back, I was taken to a room, asked about my pain, and then a few minutes later received xrays. Shortly after the xrays the doctor came in, explained what he saw, gave me options, and answered any questions I had. Overall, it was a good experience.
Would highly recommend to anyone, he treated me with concern and didnt want to go into surgery first off as a solution. He took the time to answer every question that I had and didnt seem annoyed of me asking questions.
