I found out I could access X-rays ordered by a provider at this clinic - much more convenient than driving 30 miles to Duke Regional Hospital in Durham NC. This is a spectacular building - with the architectural design & color known to Duke Systems. Several spacious accessible parking spaces right in front of the entrance.Under neath the accessible parking sign it said”Do not fall- we are here to help” &a number was provided. After calling the number- in short time - the radiology technician came with a wheelchair- Jennifer is her name - she was the epitome of excellence in customer service. Alexa Namba, DO is the best. She takes her time with you and always responds to mychart messages in a timely manner. I have yet to meet a doctor this thorough and she knows her stuff. She does not sugarcoat and tells you just like it is and how it needs to be in the must professional way. That's what I love about her. If she's running behind she sends her Medical Assistant in to inform you she is with another patient and will be right in. When she walks into the room she apologizes for the delay and the room lights up. She is so worth waiting for. Dr. Namba I really do appreciate you and I've told you this several times but also wanted the world to know.

Love my new doctor, but hate the wait here. It is usually an hour past your appointment time. Especially frustrating when you ask as you check in if the Doctor is on time and you get told yes. Then you wait an hour. No apology for running late either. Guess my time doesn't matter here.Nurse was rude. Called out Bagley not Bagwell and when I asked if she meant Bagwell got irritated and flippant. I almost didn't respond when she called, because the waiting room was full and thought it was someone else. When no one replied, I finally asked if she meant Bagwell.
