I am very happy to have found this great Dental location. This is one of the best dental companies that I have ever been to. Everybody who works here treats you very friendly, kind, and professional. You don't have to worry about feeling nervous they are good about putting you at ease. Abby the insurance lady is the best of the best in her field. She is so nice and very caring. Abby will spend time with you to help you with any of your questions and concerns. The two ladies at the front desk are very attentive, friendly, and pleasant. Abby is "The Bomb". She is helpful, knowledgeable, well trained, and very thorough in her job. She spent a great deal of time with me on the phone making sure everything was taken care of so my kiddos could be set up with the dentist as new patients. She even offered the best advice about a child with braces and making sure he is not seen right after being seen at the orthodontist to elevate any extra pain. I look forward to doing business with Carolina Fellows. You have a "Gem" in Abby. 10 STARS is what I say!!
