Our focus: heirloom grains. We are proud to be the first NC rice farmers in over 120 years, to grow Carolina Gold Rice, our flagship product. We grow and mill our rice and rice flour at the farm and offer current harvest, GMO free White and Brown Rice as well as Middlins (aka Rice Grits) Gluten Free Rice Flour, rice hulls and a specialty long-grain variety of Carolina Gold Rice called Santee Gold Long Grain to both retail and wholesale customers. We welcome visits to see us at the farm or the mill, but as we are a working farm, we request that they are strictly by appointment only.

My entire family only ever wants tidewater rice! We highly recommend tidewater rice! So delicious!!
I have been box rice guy my entire life. One night, a few months ago, a friend prepared a meal for a gathering I attended using this rice. I haven’t been able to look at that yellow box the same way since.
Hands down the best for shrimp fried rice!
