My first visit here was unfortunately to say goodbye to my very sick kitty, but the staff were so caring and compassionate. I could not have asked for better folks to help me say goodbye today. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a caring team for their fur-kids. <3
Dr Hicks and her staff are just amazing!!! A human Dr doesn’t spend as much time examining and talking with you as Dr Hicks does with our fur babies ! She really does her job well and you can tell it comes from her heart!
The level of care love concern compassion and skills deserve a million stars. Highly recommend!
Dr. Hicks and all the staff at Oriental Village Veterinary Hospital are truly the best. Very knowledgeable, resourceful, gentle, compassionate and supportive. They do go above and beyond. They took excellent care of my old babies and now my new one. It took weeks of help and dedication from the "Village" to save this little one. Thank you! And "Villy" thanks you and will see you soon.
