I am new to the area and just bought a house. I checked a few places and ended up at Williams Carpet from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Carey super nice and very knowledgeable. He not only educated me on carpets, but he also was down to earth and I ended up buying the rug he suggested and had it installed. I also asked for extra rugs of the same material for the entrances which he did for me. I am 100% happy I stopped in. Excellent work and installed on date that we had agreed on. I am and will continue to recommend Carey and his team. What a great job. Thank you. Marc
This local flooring store has the most knowledgeable and helpful people in the business. They truly care about their customers and take pride in offering an incredible selection of flooring. You can tell they’ve been doing this for years, and it shows in how they treat people and the advice they give. If I needed new flooring, this is exactly where I’d go.
Just had carpet installed yesterday from Williams Carpet. Excellent choice. The installers were superb and the customer service from Casey and store were EXCELLENT!, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
