We had the privilege of working closely with Cheryl Wagner. She helped up close on a property at Sunset Beach and we valued her expertise of the market/area and knowledge of beach homes. She was able to provide quick responses and went the extra mile to seek out answers when needed. She was also available to us well after we closed on our home. She helped coordinate contractors, visited our home for us on our behalf for an insurance snag and provided us with names of local businesses she trusts.
