We called on a Saturday because we had a major water heater leak. Ty immediately responded (even though he was at his son’s baseball game). He walked us through some options, gave us his professional opinion, and made us feel comfortable with the model we chose. It was installed quickly and we had hot water restored promptly! We are so thankful for their quick and professional service!
