“Today was my first visit to this salon and it was quite a treat. The owner, Gary, gave me a cut/color and did a phenomenal job. He is extremely knowledgeable and it is obvious that he takes pride in his establishment. He took his time even though I was his last client and I greatly appreciated his attention to detail. This salon uses high quality products and the other stylists I observed took their time as well in order to create the best experience possible. The atmosphere is relaxing and I look forward to returning. They are a little pricier than surrounding salons, however, this salon has employees that receive regular training so they are comfortable with new hair techniques and/or processes which is very important in this industry. Located in The Factory, the brick walls, wooden floors, and large windows provide a warm and interesting atmosphere…so unique among the usual sterile-looking salons one most often encounters.
