We started with crab dip. My wife had their half price fried shrimp. I had mussels in garlic wine broth, served with a mini French loaf for dipping. All the food was excellent, wife said shrimp was best she has ever had. Service was very good. My only knock is that coleslaw and hush puppies do not come with meal. You have to pick them as a side or buy separately.

Ridge is a local gem for good food. Choices of wine and beer add to any occasion. It has the fresh seafood dishes with lots of fresh sides. Save room for dessert. They have some of the best pies.

We have had the fresh fried shrimp, baked flounder, and shrimp and grits. This is perhaps the best seafood we have had in the Greensboro. area. The owner has been in the business a long time and has high standards. The servers are skilled and helpful. Portions honest and prices fair. Pleasant ambience. Plenty of parking. Good wine and beer list and desserts.
