When Dan offered to help us with a private sale, I knew he was serious about helping people. I had encounters where realtors didn’t seem concerned about our best interest, but Dan was the exact opposite! He stuck with us when our first contract fell through and helped us find a house we were super excited to call home. We had many people along the process, including our loan officer, compliment how “on top of things” Dan was. We’ll be using him for all our home needs, and will never stop recommending him to friends and family!
